  3. Yes, great posts! All the facts mentioned are so true. We have now 3 yrs daily “5mg (=1 teaspoon) spirulina with orange juice” experience (1mg in every meal) – never ever felt better! Even very stressful business lifestyle, spirulina keeps you going ?. Earlier we thought we need to take tens of grams daily, but no, it acts as a booster! That fact people should be aware too.
    With water detoxifying, with vitamin C based juice (orange etc) all the spirulina nutrients will be most efficiently taken into use. Both great ways!

    1. Here in Nordics (Sweden/Finland) we use spirulina with 1) plain water for detoxifying and with 2) orange juice for gaining strength and endurance. Excellent product for both! Also, sundried version like prolgae, has better smoother taste and contains more vitamin D.
